Language switcher in Beaumont

How can I place the language switcher module above the logo in Beaumont? I've done this on other J51 templates using CSS you provided but that code it doesn't work for this one.

I fixed something I'd messed up with the lang switcher and now I see the flags in the little tab below the hornav band when it's in the header-1 position. I like that effect and don't want to put it above the logo now.
