I have 2 pages on the site I am building that the drop down menu is not working on. It works on every other page, but not the 2 pages that I use a LightBox extension from Diginix Technologies. Cant seem to figure out the issue. Thank you for your help.

Trying to figure out if it is a Java Script issue.

Kindest Regards,
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy

Issues can arise if jQuery is loaded twice on a particular page. As jQuery is loaded by Joomla 3.x by default, as a rule you can disable jQuery in any extension you are using presuming the option is available. You could also consider installing 'jQuery Easy' (http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/core-enhancements/performance/jquery-scripts/18327) which ensures only one copy of jQuery is loaded across your site.

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Thank you

Strangely is appears jQuery Easy is not working correctly with you extension. One option would be to try a different lightbox extensions. Alternatively we can replace ylur Javascript drondown menu with a CSS3 alternative. An example of which can be seen on our latest template (Habitat).
