Hello Ciaran,
hello guys,

if you go from the start page (menu entry: Our Services) to the contact forum or go via the module position bottom_1 (Site Module "Our Services in Detail) and the button" more information "to the whole post, you can't get back to the start page via the menu entry" Our Services "?
Who can help me make this work?

I use Joomla 4.4.4 and the Skylar template.

Thank you very much and best regards
Aray

Hallo Aray,
kannst Du mir mal in Deutsch erklären, was Du meinst.

the problem is that if you access the Contact Form menu item from the start page (Our Services), you will no longer get to any other menu item from there. Maybe the main menu gets in the way of the one-page menu? Unfortunately, the contact forum has not been available since then and I don't know why and what I did wrong?

I hope that Ciaran could also look at the matter - Wednesday I should present the page.

Thank you for your support.

Hello

Would you have a URL directly to an example where the 'Our Services' menu item is not working correctly?

Hi Ciaran,

Unfortunately, the direct call to the "Contact Request" page has not worked since yesterday? But also the call via the home page/Our services with the news module to display the whole post does not work?
Super user access for you is still enabled.

If you could get to the contact form, you will not come back to the start page. This was the case with my first support request.

Greetings
Aray

Ciaran,

Please forget the balneo-services2.mgmb100.de-Page! I restored the first version balneo-services.mgmb100.de by a backup to the previous day's status - there you can easily understand the shortcut problem.

Thank you

It appears all your links are pointing to a anchor, as you are just adding the anchor and not the URL, your links are always relative to the current page. To amend try using the full URL and anchor.

Eg. use..

https://balneo-service.mgmb100.de/#back-to-top

Instead of..

#back-to-top

Thank you Ciaran,

that was the solution. I didn't think I had to insert an https ://link.

Now I am more knowledgeable! Merci
