template chloe joomla 4 php 8

Hello,
we are having difficulties with several templates, for example chloe. when we update joomla and the template, it is badly packaged, it has the same version number of the old one... In addition, the site is no longer displayed. Could you recheck the templates that have the same version number as the old one.

(chloe, colette, elvira, harmony, kaylee, juliet)

I have created updates for each of these templates which should resolve this issue for you.

If the issue persists after updating, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply.
We retested this morning, however I still have the same problem with the Chloé template... see debug report attached :(

Can you confirm that you are using the Joomla 4 version of the template (https://www.joomla51.com/blog/item/joomla-4-template-update-timeline)?

Yes yes we have all your templates. We have already passed other templates for joomla 4 and it works, but this one and some other templates it doesn't work...

Hello

Could you try deleting your templates ./html folder (../templates/[YourTemplate]/html) and re-installing the Joomla 4 version of the template.

If failing, may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
