Vitality header background image ideal size

Hi Ciaran,

I am using 6 images as header background images for my Vitality template showcase slideshow and all the photos look blurry and somewhat unfocused. My images are 676 x 340px. Are they too small? What would be the optimal image size to use here?

Hi Mort

Yes I would say if you wish your images to have better clarity that you increase their size. For our template demo we used images of 2,200px × 1,200px. Just be careful of file size. It is always about finding the right balance. Personally I like to keep images under 200kb.
