Verona Main Menu level 3 menu doesn't work

Hello Ciarán,
On my Test website the 3 level from the Main menu gives a 404 error for every link.
I can't discover why this is. Hopefully you can point me in the right direction.

My client is developing his own site so I did'nt know he had done this.
And I couldn't find the issue.
