I made a site using Ashley. The client likes the layerslideshow but wanted changes that required me to switch to Revolve. However, used in Revolve the box around the text in the slideshow disappears, except for a very faint outline of it. Is there any custom code or css that would give me the white box as seen in Ashley? (Currently the text is white.)

Hi Kim

Thank you for the suggestion. We have considered it however as there is now so many such a post would be very large and somewhat hard to navigate. In the end we figured the forum search option would probably still give the best results when looking for a particular amendment.

Thank you!

Have you ever considered consolidating all the CSS tweaks you've provided into a post at the top? I've got a whole collection of them saved on my computer and some of them I found while searching the forum for my issue.

Thank you

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

.layerslideshow .info > div {
background-color: #fff !important;
}

Here is a test url using Layerslide show from Ashley on Renovate: http://www.chambres-hotes-cantariege.fr/slideshow

The layer text isn't white on this one. I'm not sure what controls the colour of that text. Go to Accueil page to see Ashley version
