Using extension from a different template

Hello,
Just curious, it is okay to use extensions from different templates in your current template? Will the effect be the same? For example, I like the carousel from Stockholm Template package, and I want to use it in the Central Template. I will obviously be uninstalling the existing carousel that came in the Central template package and then install the carousel extension from the Stockholm Template.

Hello

We would would recommend always using the modules included with your template as other modules would not have been tested and will not be supported.
