Use css code for Base Module hover text

Hello Ciaran,

Not sure how to ask this question but I want the ability to hover over my topics in list form, but I don't want the topics to disappear. I'd like for the text to change colors or? Currently the text disappears when its clicked on. I found this css code that will not work when inserted into my module source code. I think maybe because it's not html. How can I make this code or something similar work for my text in base module 1a, 2a, etc.,

To use the above code you can add it to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters minus the surrounding style tags..


a.link { color: green; text-decoration: none }

a.active { color: yellow; text-decoration: none }

a:visited { color: green; text-decoration: none }

a.hover { color: orange; text-decoration: underline; font-family : Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; }

Gracias señor.. ..I tried to embed this in the css code but had no effect. Now that I am thinking about this.. I notice that when I click on my menu link, the words fade out.. I have a black background sub menu container, white letters. So when I click on the menu titles you can't see the letters any longer. I'd like a hover color or visited color. How can I set the hornav color for sub-container items just like the main menu.

Hello.. I will wait until I publish my site.. but it's been like this since I first set the template styling and used black background, white letters.
