Hey, thanks a lot for help :)

1. My next question is a little bit tricky, i think:
There are 5 users with a login, one of them is the manager the others are employer1, employer2, etc..
If they login there will be shown up an extra menu, for example "Downloads".
In this menu the manager can upload files for his employers.
So my question is can i include for the manager in the menu "downloads" in the article, 4 upload buttons for every single emyployer? So the employer1 can only see what the manager uploaded for him.

2. On my page the background from the main menu is only by the "Startseite" Link

Hope it's clear enough :)
Thank you

Hello

1. This wouldn't be a template related query however sounds like it should be possible using Joomlas ACL... http://docs.joomla.org/J3.x:Access_Control_List_Tutorial

2. Would you have a URL to an example of this issue?

1. thank you, so if i have a upload tool and download tool i can combinate it with this tool, but the problem is how can the manager can upload things for specific employers?

Startseite
The Link shows the Main page, where the background of the menu is correct,
if u change to "Über uns" for example the background disable.
