Hello Ciaran,
I am using the Caitlin Template and the VirtueMart Shopping Cart. The VirtueMart Plugin is overriding the caitlin design. Is there a way to overcome this?

Hi Patrick

As this template does not include any specific Virtuemart styling, the Virtuemart styling will be used instead. Could you detail for me how the template style is been effected?

Well.....I did find that possibe to instruct VirtueMart to accept the Templates style:
administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=config

Would Joomla51 want to write the styles needed for a VM shop? Would you like me to send the VM css?

Thank you Patrick

We have started with some Virtuemart styling however just haven't gotten around to adding it to templates. The idea has somewhat been put on the back burner for the time been due to the drop in Virtuemarts popularity,

I hear that.... I am finding it difficult to work with, but it does seem to have no LIMITS.... Although, I've done to much on this site to go back....I too would not rate it highly..... (but then,, what do I know !!) ... so I'm still looking for a Designer friendly Joomla Shopping Cart....
