Some tips...

1. Try and use the same table prfix on both sites
2. Ensure both sites are using the same Joomla version
3. Pre installing Joomla first on the new site will save you transferring all the files

It is not exactly clear what was done for you with this post. If the change were made to the module then you can copy this module (../modules/[YourModule]) from your old Joomla installation to your new Joomla installation.

I did it but it isnt fixed still. If i course there with my mouse i dont see any description. Please help

The Problem isnt in module i think.
