Please tell me how to find an update for templates. I just bought Carmen and updating joomla to 4.4.2 and the system says:

Please update these extensions before updating Joomla.

Please be especially careful if the extension is also listed as incompatible with the current version of Joomla!

Strange. If you have just installed the latest download then you should have the latest version. May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Ok I have the new version, thanks :)
I tried with reinstallation of the site to see if it could fix it. Instead appears another error when I cgo in to section "available updates".

An error has occurred.
1104 The SELECT would examine more than MAX_JOIN_SIZE rows; check your WHERE and use SET SQL_BIG_SELECTS=1 or SET MAX_JOIN_SIZE=# if the SELECT is okay

Please take a look, I will send you access to my admin per mail, thanks :)
