Template Nadia change font(custom) with css

Hi,
I want to change the font to the menu that is at the "hornav" position, so I insert this CSS code
" .hornav {font-family:Chantelli_Antiqua;} " and it works here.

But if I want to change it to the footer menu it will not work
".footermenu {font-family:Chantelli_Antiqua;}"
does not work.

What is my problem?
