I need a reminder on how to install the template. Do I do the entire zip file, or extract it. Do I do each extension separate or do the whole folder at once? Do I pick update or install from extensions/manage.

Thanks

From your question, I assume that you already have installed Joomla.

After the template download, unzip it. You will end up with three more ZIP files. Next, unzip "Joomla! 4.x Install Files.zip". What you get are some more ZIPs.

The template is the file <template-name>.zip. You have to install that via Install - Extensions.

Ha. No I have not yet been able to successfully load J4. I get one hangup after another. I was just checking for the reminder for when I can proceed. Thanks for the instructions. I assume I do all of the other j51 files the same as needed..... but only after J4 is successfully installed

Thanks

In this case, you might want to try the "Demo Installer". This one contains J4 plus the template plus the template extras. Take a look into the tutorial on this site!

I really don't want all those extra files and pages. I think I will just do them one at a time to avoid all that back end mess. Thank you though
