G'Day J51 team,
A couple of questions for the Template Chloe I am customising
1. I am using the LayerSlideShow (as per the demo template) - in the responsive design, the slideshow settings removes the H1 Title and Caption. Can I apply some Custom CSS to show the H1 Title but in a proportioned size to the image display and screen?
I adjusted the Breakpoint size to display just the Title on larger phone screens - but the H1 Title does not proportion the text to the image size.
Utilising H2 for Title is a little better, but I do not get the H1 Font I wanted.

2. I have utilised the Font Awesome Icon for Search in the Main Menu - which looks good, although when it is highlighted (mouse over or selected) the icon does not reverse colour like the menu text items (text base colour to white), I have modified the highlight colour for the main menu items a little so it is sort of visible now.
The Icon is assigned in the Menu Item - Link Type - Link Icon Class: 'fas fa-search', no other settings are used here but Display in Menu: Yes.
Do I need to any apply other Custom CSS?

Kind regards Chris.

Hi Chris

Would you have a URL to an example of your LayerSlideshow H1 text and your search field?

Hi Ciaran,
I think I have sorted it, for the Responsive view I added some custom CSS to the Template Style, Responsive Options, Phone (Portrait) Custom CSS section:
.layerslideshow h1 { font-size: 1em !important; }
This has worked fine on the mobile display, shows the H1 font in a reduced size :)

I looked over the Chole Demo package (have loaded on my dev platform), added the font awsome search icon to a Search menu item, and it displays the same as noted above, with the demo colours scheme, it's not too bad.
So I adjusted the menu text colour to a darker shade and the menu highlight to a lighter tint on my customised site, and it is acceptable at the moment..
You can test it on the Chloe Demo site :)

Cheers
