Submenu single item color change

We've tried all the suggestions in the Forum and tutorial to change the color of a single submenu item without success. These suggestions work fine for main menu items, but have no effect on the desired submenu item.

FYI - trying to change: For Patients > Schedule Online on https://www.elementimaging.com

Hi Jeff

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

#hornav ul ul li a.link-orange {

    color: #FF671C !important;

}
