Sub Menu not displaying arrows

I have hornav selected for my menu in the Sophia template. However in the menu the arrows do not display to indicate a submenu on either a ipad or smartphone. As a result the sub menu items are not available when the menu is in the 'mobile version'. Sub Menu on Sophia.jpg
