This is not likely a Joomla51 template issue but I don't know where else to ask...Thanks in advance.

Multiple spam emails (200 -300 per day) is being sent from a Joomla site I maintain, alamedadoula.com.
Using Joomla 3.9.13, J51_Resonate template.

When I set Global Config>Server>Mail Settings>Send Mail to NO the spam email is not sent.
When I set it ON I get the spam.
ReturnPath: [email protected]
To: [email protected] (I'm the only user - super admin)

I need it turned on so that the online forms can function.
