Hello

Can you confirm that you have Font Awesome enabled via your template settings (General -> Typography Styling -> Load Font Awesome 5)?

Hello

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hello

To resolve try adjusting the Scroll To Offset setting in the Gereral -> Miscellaneous of your template style settings.

Thank you

I took a slightly different approach here. To resolve I have added the following to the Custom CSS field of your template settings...

[id] {
scroll-margin-top: 140px;
}
