Thanks Nick for bringing this to our attention.

On a recent update of the template the wrong icon sprite somehow got mixed in to the template. Please use the attached sprite to replace the original at ../templates/j51_avenue/image/sm_icons.png

Hi Nick, I just purchased Avenue and installed it as I have numerous Joomla templates however I get an error message when I try to set it as default template stating that params.ini is unwritable. Well, there was no params.ini in the package. All of the other templates I have ever unpacked and installed have their params.ini files. It don't think it's a version problem (I have 1.5)and I have templates old and new. The variables.php installed with the package is calling for the file but it's not there (I searched all directories). Did you get a params.ini file in your package?
Thanks for your help.

Hi Rae

Sorry to say this templates is only compatible with Joomla version 1.6 and above and is not compatible with Joomla 1.5

This is not a version issue nor is it a permissions issue. The updated zip file you sent me simply DOES NOT include the params.ini file which we all know stores the values of any parameters the template has. The template installed just fine however I cannot make it my default template because the there is no params.ini file to even write too. It is a simple as emailing me the params.ini file to remedy this problem.

Since Joomla 1.6 template parameters are stored in the database and no longer stored in the params.ini. Although the template may install to Joomla 1.5 you will have a large number of issues through out the template.
