Social media in template Tesla

Hi, i need youtube and pinterest social media icons. I found the sm_icons.png, can change it to my purpose (replace an icon i don't need with the icon i need) but when hovering with the mouse over that specific icon there's this popup showing with the previous name of the icon i replaced. Is there a way i can change this popup text as well?

Please advice.
