Sidecol on template Amelia J4

Hello
I have a problem with the Amelia template sidecol: in the Joomla 3 version everything is fine, while in the Joomla 4 version the sidecol A or B do not respond to the values set in the template. The width of the sidecol remains fixed at 50% of the total size of the site reducing the main content.
I’m attaching screenvideos.
Can you help me understand the problem?
