So, that error is with the demo installer after you enter all the information and hit install, it throws that error. When you try and install the regular installer, it simply goes to a white screen and never even gets to the point it asks for any information.

I have just updated to the latest Joomla version and rebuilt the demo installer for this template which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain simply re-download from your template downloads.

Thanks, when I upload these files I get the following error (see screen shot). Since the J51 Scarlett demo installer file was okay, I uploaded, uncompressed and went to my URL and entered setup, input all my information and hit install and after a couple seconds it simply said; The installation process failed. (see screen clip). No further explanation.

So, I killed the .htaccess, setting the php version to 7.4, and reinstalled, still errored, then re-added the .htaccess setting php to 8.3 and everything started working. The viruses are still being detected however and my host will not allow me to upload the files indicated.

Very strange.. do you find similar issues with other non-Joomla51 module extensions? I suspect your virus checker is some how picking up certain PHP as malicious.

Never had an issue before this, and the hosting company is MochaHost which I have been using for like 5 years now without an issue.

Its not a reflection on the hosting company. Uploading modules like this would not be unique. Considering your original error, I've assumed you are installing the template demo installer in which case you only need to upload J51_Scarlett_DemoInstaller.zip. Installing individual modules should be done through your Joomla administration. This is not required if using the demo installer.
