Revolver Template - Read More Links Not Working

My J!3.5 website is using the Revolve template and the "Read More" links are getting the <a> tags stripped. Also, on other pages, <a>, <p> and <br /> tags are stripped. When I change to the (stock Joomla!) protostar template all the tags are there and correct. The links (<a> tags), enters (<p> tags) and shift+enters (<br /> tags) are all still there in the JCE editor so I know JCE is not stripping them. How can I fix this?

I tried twice to send it to you on your contact form because I didn't really want to post it. I'm not sure the form is sending because neither time did I get the copy even though I checked the box.

Solved. There were extra <div> tags in the articles imported from J!1.5. It works fine with the J3.5 protostar template but the J51 Revolver template does not like them.
