Restaurant Menu Module sorting

Hello,

I would like to change the order in the Restaurant Menu Module.

Currently, all articles are sorted down with 2 or more columns. I would have liked to set the sorting on the side.

Is that possible?

So far I had tried to change the sorting of the articles within the module.
But then the articles are sorted incorrectly in a single-column display, e.g. Mobile.

I am grateful for every tip.
