Hi
I have a problem with some of my sites who use a Jooml51 template - it only just occured to me this morning.....
I have a menu with some submenu points, to each single menu point (if main or sub) there is an article attached.
On regular PC screens this is working fine, but in the responsive version I see the main and submenu points, but can not click the main point if it has submenu points.
This is actually a big issue...
I installed the latest version of the template Everly, set the "alloparent" to yes in jquery.slicknav.js, but it's still not working.
Can you please help me immediately?
Thank you.

ok, very good. Thank you for your support. Maybe you can fix the SlideOut menu also, sometimes.
Regards,
Andrea

Thank you for the access details.

This issue should be now resolved. We have copied the content of the /js/jquery.slicknav.js into /js/jquery.slicknav.min.js

Hello

Can you confirm that the General -> Responsive Options -> Mobile Menu Type option is set to Slicknav.

Your dropdown parent text should be now linking to the link. Outside of the text will open the dropdown.

For other templates you can carry out the following amendments... https://joomla51.com/tutorials/template-customization/mobile-menu-linking-parent-items

Be sure to copy the contents of /js/jquery.slicknav.js into /js/jquery.slicknav.min.js if you are loading minified files.

it works fine on Firefox now too, but what exactly did you do? I got many other websites with your templates, and they all don't work. I tried to copy the content from one js-file to the other as you suggested, but that alone didn't help.
Thanks.

Hello

Have you set allowParentLinks: true, in your JS file? Have you cleared cache in Joomla and in your browser?

Yes, ok with the SlickNav it works now fine, the SlideOut not, but that's ok. Can I now copy those two js-files to all of my pages or are have they to be changed specifically ?

You can copy the same files to each of your templates. The same script is used in eash.
