Is it possible to determine how the site looks on a mobile, for instance having a module on a page show before another

Hello

Re ordering module positioning can be a bit tricky and relies on CSS3 properties (FlexBox) that are not yet supported on all devices. Would you have details and a URL to the modules you wish to re order?
