Hi there,

I purchased the resonate template a few years ago and I love how it looks and works. My developer just informed be that the responsive aspect of the template does not work. I enabled the responsive attributes in the template settings, and when I view the website on my mobile, the website does not spread out evenly. I can see no menu bar, The modules are horribly displaced, I need some help.

Website is http://www.yachtycrew.com

Emil

Hi Emil

Installing the latest update of your template will improve on the responsiveness of your template however I notice a number of the elements of your site content does not appear to be responsive at all. For example your current blog component (Easy Blog)? is not responsive. I believe Easy Blog is now responsive so it should be a case of either updating to the latest version or enabling responsiveness with the components parameters.

If you have made custom changes to your core template files ensure to create a backup before installing the update as these changes may be lost.

Hi Ciaran,

I notice the easy blog and several features are not responsive, but first I want to get my template figured so I can know what I have to adjust.

Where can I find updates for the resonate template? Do I have to purchase the template again?

Emil
