In your Resonate demo, beneath the slideshow, you have "A Powerfully Responsive Joomla Template Design" in the position: top-2a. Below THAT, you have three J51_ImageLinkHover(s) in the position(s): contenttop: a, b, and c. Those J51_ImageLinkHover(s) span the width of the page just like the text in position top-2a, above them. How did you do that?

Hello

To better accommodate your ImageLinkHover modules have you tried simply reducing their widths (195px)?

No luck. I changed it to 195px and unpublished the other two. The sidecol menu still appears to the left of the J51_ImageLinkHover, instead of below it. Perhaps I need a CSS trick?

I tried experimenting with:
.wrapper_contenttop {

width: 100%
// border: 1px solid red;
// background-color: green;

}

And
.contenttop {

width: 100%

}

No luck there either.

Sorry I misunderstood your query. For our demo we placed these modules in the top-3a, top-3b and top-3c module positions which will place them above the side columns and componentn area.

Excellent! How did you get "A Powerfully Responsive Joomla Design" to appear ABOVE the J51_ImageLinkHovers?

Hello

For this we used the 'top-2a' module position.
