There was a slight syntax error in the CSS provided. We have changed to the following which is working correctly.

.logo-text h1 a {
font-size: 28px;
}

To set a new font-size for your logo on each screen size, add the following to the Custom CSS fields within the Responsive Options tab of your templates parameters, editing the size to your own taste...

h1.logo-text a {
font-size: 40px;
}
