Renovate not working in IE8

Hi,
I bought the renovate template but internet explorer 8 can’t open it.
I net to put a message, when the user is using an outdated version of internet explorer, in the top of the template,
that sys somethinh like this:
"We verify that you are using an outdated version of Internet Explorer
Please upgrade to the latest version, or try using another browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to enjoy all the features of our site."

There is a number of Joomla extensions available which will add this feature to your site. A popular example would be... http://extensions.joomla.org/extension/browser-update-warning
