Renita template. Can I make the Logo area above the menu about half the height please?

To amend you can add the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)...

.logo {
padding-top: 40px;
}

What I went for after some experimenting was;

.logo {
padding-top: 5px;
padding-bottom: 5px;
}

That seems to make the Logo image sit nicely in that top bit with the 5px both above and below.
Your original padding and the 40px seems to be an additional strip with nothing in it, not sure if that is what you intended.
The reason for wanting t reduce the Logo Heit is so as to see more of the pictures in the header rather than an excess slice being obscured.

Yes the large top padding and no bottom padding was just cosmetics on our part to make the logo 'sit' on the top menu bar. Your solution is perfect for what you are looking to achieve.
