i am new in joomla51 and i am developer.
i look for site how sell joomla templates and
authorize me to remove copywrite of that shop.

can i join to club and use templates and remove copywrite?

Yes you are free to remove the footer copyright upon purchase of your template with both a single purchase and Club membership.
