Using Caitlin template on site at: http://www.sayoprf.org. Because the righthand image crops off kind of funny when seen on mobile devices, my client would like to delete it, only for smaller screens. Is this possible

Presuming I understand you correctly, try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.vegas-container {
display: none;
}}
