Recaptcha box appearing twice on page.

Recaptcha box appearing twice on page. I updated the plugins, modules and template to latest version.

Hello

Just to confirm that this is a template related issue, could you try enabling one of the default Joomla templates (Protostar) and see if the issue still exists.

I used the protostar template and the recaptcha only appeared once. When i reverted back to the lates J51 London template then 2 recaptcha boxes appeared. One in the rsform then one top right hand corner of web page.

Strange. Where it is displaying in your source would suggest a plugin or module.
