Hello,
I'm trying to setup the quickstart of the Skylar template and I can only get (on two different server/installation) a blocking error: 0 Unknown format specifier "S".
I've tried also with different PHP version but the result is the same.
Can someone please help me?
Thanks in advance
maurizio

Hello

May I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.

Hello, I'm having the same problem installing the quickstart of Sophia.
So, I'm going to open another topic for the issue and I will send the access credential via email in order to let you investigate... since I suppose both have the same root.

Regards
Maurizio

Hi Maurizio

Ah my apologies, I did not update the time on the download but you should find that the timestamp on the demo installer is the 24th of November. As it seems that some files are missing from your Joomla installation, could I ask you to send temporary FTP access and I will investigate this further.

I have once again tested the demo installer of the latest update and I am unfortunately still unable to replicate this issue.

Hello Ciaran,
thanks for your support.
To answer your question, I upload it first and then extract it.
I just tried to install the new package but the result is exactly the same.
Please tell me, is the package listed in the download section?
I ask because it sill results the one updated in October 22.
If it is the correct one, unfortunately I can resolve the installation problem.
Best regards
Maurizio

Hi Maurizio

I have just updated the Skylar template demo installer to the latest version of Joomla and rebuilt it which should hopefully resolve this issue. To obtain, re-download your Skylar template from your 'Template Downloads'.

Hi Maurizio

IT seems that you are missing the taggable plugin. Does the contents of your ../plugins/behaviour/taggable folder match the contents here...https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/tree/4.2-dev/plugins/behaviour/taggable

Do you extract your zip first and upload or upload first and then extract? The latter would be favourable.

Hello Ciaran, since the installation fails before terminating, there is no way to enter the backpanel.
Currently, if you point to the url in the References field, you can see the error message that stops the setup.
