quickstart package for Clarity theme

Hi

I've purchased the Clarity theme today and have tried to manually install the demopackage but there was no template nothing installed with it?

did I have to choose something when I was asked to import the demo content?

Hello

Ensure to select 'Default English (GB) Sample Data' under 'Install Sample Data' on the 3rd step of your Joomla installation to import the demo content for your template.

I've managed to do that now but it said the configuration file wasn't able to install correctly and asked me to manually add it. t here was some text provided but now I'm not able to add and media or extensions..

Any idea? It's very urgent

Hello

Could I ask you to details the process you are using to install Joomla? At no point will Joomla ask you to install the configuration.php manually.

Hi Ciaran

did you get a chance to look at this? I had a look at the permission for the components etc but it doesn't seem that was he issue either.

It's really urgent now and I really need to get this working asap

Hello

Just having a look and you appear to have the template demo already installed however there is the issue of the directory permissions on your Joomla installation which I have mentioned in your other forum post.
