Purchased Wrong Template Version

Dear Support Team,
I just purchased a Joomla template (J51 Layla). But on opening the download file, I discovered that it is for Joomla Version 3 instead of version 4 which I had in mind. I guess I forgot to look more carefully to realize that there were different versions for each template to be purchased.
This was a grave error on my part and I take responsibility for it.
However, I earnestly have no need for a Joomla 3 template because we just migrated our site to a Joomla 4 site. I am wondering if I can be allowed to trade in what I downloaded with the Joomla 4 version.
Please help me, it is urgent.

I have just updated your purchase to the Joomla 4 version of the template which should be now available for you to download via your Profile -> Template Downloads.
