Progress bar extension configuration problem

Hello, I bought your Progress bar extension but I am not able to produce animated, good looking progress bar as you have in the demo page https://www.joomla51.com/demo/0164/index.php/module-extensions/progress-module

here are my settings

only the number counts but there is no animation in the bar itself and bar in not divided as in your demo.

Thank you for your reply. I attached screenshots of all settings. Is that not helping? Unfortunately, I can't create temporary accounts on that website. but you may investigate the previous screenshot and give me a solution or a screenshot of the correct settings.

May I ask are you using a Joomla51 template? If not may I suggest sending a copy of your template so we can try and replicate the issue locally (info@joomla51.com - For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email).
