For a customer I use a Privilege template. For some reason the menu is not working like it used to do. The menu is showing on the website, on hover the dropdown subitems appear. But only the first item on the subitems can be selected, if you move the mouse to the other subitems the dropdown disappears.

The website is: www.dolfijnbowling.nl

Joomla Version: 3.4.1

What has happened? Only change made in the last week was an extra (custom html) module on the main page. I have deleted the extra module but this doesn't restore the working of the menu.

Any suggestions?

Hello

Are you having this issue on a particular browser? Checking your site on Firefox and Chrome, we have been able to select all menu items without issue.

I can't select menu items with Chrome. With Explorer there are no problems.

I'm using Chrome version 43.0.2357.81 m (64-bit), the latest one.

The first menu item can be selected, if you move the mouse to the next item the whole dropdown disappears.

It could be a Chrome related issue, but I have another site with the Enterprise template and those dropdown menus render just fine in Chrome. So I think it has something to do with the menu js-file of the Privilege template.

Hello

Are you having the same issue on our template demo (http://demo.joomla51.com/0091/)? If not may I suggest downloading the latest version of the install (should be now available to you) and update via your extensions manager (http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/updating-your-template).

Failing that may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
