problem with login menu on CHELSEA

Hello. There is e problem with login menu on CHELSEA Template (see attachment) . It is appearing no longer correctly, even I don't remember to have done any action on it. Would someone help me on solving this issue please ?

It appears that something has changed in either the menu item or module settings. I would suggest going through the following tutorial which details how to add a module to a menu item and check if there is anything amiss with your own settings... https://joomla51.com/tutorials/item/adding-a-module-to-the-menu-dropdown

If this does not allow you to find a solution may I suggest sending temporary administration access to your Joomla installation to info@joomla51.com and we will examine this issue further. For our reference please paste a link to this post in your email.
