Hello,

I have the template "Juliet" installed on a new website and have the following problems:

1.) Sidecolumn Positioning "Before Component" does not work ("After Component" works fine). It does not matter if the "Mobile Menu Type" is "SlickNav" oder "SlideOut".

2.) In the module J51_thumbsgallery (see bottom of frontpage) no "next / back" buttons" are displayed. Wiping on mobile devices works fine, but there's no way to change between images on a computer without touchscreen. Each image has to be clicked separately and closed again.

Thanks a lot for your support and best regards ...

Volker

Hi Volker

1. To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.sidecol_b {
order: 0 !important;
}

2. Have you since resolved this issue as thumbs navigation appears to be now displaying (tested in Chrome and Firefox)?

Hi Ciaran,

thank you for the fast response.

1.) The problem with the sidecolumn I could solve now with your custom code. Thank you.

2.) The problem with the the J51_thumbsgallery still exists, but only in Firefox. Only the "X" is displayed to close the lightbox, but the navigation "next / back" is missing (see screenshot). Chrome I had not tested yet, which I've made up now and everything works fine here. Thus, it actually seems to be only a problem on my Firefox (version 62.0.3). Do you have any idea why it works in your Firefox and not in mine?

Greetings ...

Volker

Hi Volker

Have you been able to replicate this issue on any other PC? The only possible reason that comes to mind is if Javescript is disabled to some level within your browser?
