Privilege template - J 3.3.4 issue

Hi

Due to hacking issues I recently had to upgrade my Joomla 2.5.9 to 3.3.4.
The Privilege template has both J2.5 and J3 folders.
However the J3 template is broken in Joomla 3.3.4.

Template manager menus don't work. I can only access the first 7 tabs. The tab 'module widths' and every further tab don't respond.
I started from a fresh joomla install.

Is there a fix please?

Since its on my own server i cant grant access from outside.

I have solved it by re-buying the template. Its now V3.X.

The one I had bought a few months ago was 3.0. This was not compatible with Joomla 3.3

Thanks anyway.
