Greetings,
We are using Presence on this Joomla! 2.5.28 site: http://fineartsantafe.com.

See the mobile phone (VERTICAL orientation) screenshot.

I looked at my downloads and downloaded the latest Presence template. Looking at the file, it has the same date as the one I used: April 2014, so I did not install it again. How can we fix the mobile display?

Thank you for your support!

Hi Hope

This issue appears to be caused by the table placed within your content. Tables by default are not resposive due to the set widths. As a solution try placing this content within divs rather than a table.

May I also suggest the following article on resizing your logo on smaller screens... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/re-sizing-your-logo-for-smaller-screen-devices

Thanks, Ciarán,
i did as you suggest and unfortunately the display is still wrong.

The logo size is fine on the phone. It's the background and content that's weird. It only fills 2/3 of the width of the screen, and the post below the navigation is strange.

Hi Hope

Could you try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...

#header {
overflow: hidden;
}

Getting there! Thanks, Ciáran!
Can we fill the width of the screen?

And can you please look at the site on your phone, scrolling down below the navigation? See the issues? And navigate to another page. What's to be done? A different Template maybe?

HI Hope

I notice you are using an old version of the template. May I suggest updating to the latest download which will hopefully resolve a number of these issues. For details on updating your template may I suggest the following article... http://www.joomla51.com/tutorials/item/updating-your-template

Hi Ciarán,

I downloaded and installed the presence template from MY Downloads page and installed it. I cleared the cache in my browser and in Safari on my phone. I tried both CSS suggestions for the logo. No difference.

See screenshot from the most important page, which lists all her artists:
http://www.fineartsantafe.com/artists.html

Now the logo is looking weird on the desktop. See how it's cut off?

Here are my issues:
[ol]
[li]the mobile display isn't filling the screen horizontally on an iphone when held vertically[/li]
[li]the bottom part of the circle logo on a desktop browser is cut off[/li]
[li]All the inner, non-home pages display really badly on iphones, both vertically and landscape. See screenshot
[/li]
[li]the bottom part of the circle logo on a computer is cut off[/li]
[li]on mobile phones the sidebar is displaying first. We want it to display last[/li]
[/ol]
