how do i align the logo to the width of the template!?

i created a logo that was 960 pixels wide and then set that as the width in template manager under logo and then set the width of the template to 960 but i still get a logo that does not sit in line with the template.

can you please help?
if you need to see it where do i pl details to thanks?

To better position your new logo could you try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters...


.logo {

    left: -22px;

    max-width: 100%;

    position: relative;

    top: -20px;

}
