Pianoforte new module position

I am using the Pianoforte template
I would like to add a new module position
how can I do this.

The new module position must be in
at the very top and be visible even when scrolling the page
as in the screenshot I attach to this post.

Please help

I applied the tips in this article
however, this module displays on the background photo
and I would like it to appear over the background photo
as in the screenshot
do you have any idea how to do it?
