Paste document in an article

I am trying to copy a document that has photos in an article but all the images from the document don't show only text.
Template using NECTURNE

Hello

Any images have to be uploaded to your server via Joomlas "Media Manager' before you can add them to your articles. Simply copy and pasting from a document will not work.
