Page reload hides top of TOP1 content under menu and logo

When a page is reloaded in the browser, the top content is partially hidden under the Menus and Logo. Loads correctly when a menu (i.e. Home) is selected. Initial opening of the site also displays correctly. Site is sftarc.org. I have tried both Safari (Ipad) and Firefox (Win10 and Linux) browsers. Safari on the IPad works as expected Firefox presents the problem. My test system on a local Linux server also presents the same issue.

Template is Magnolia.
