There is no option to select the PAGE HEADER position. I want to use the banner up the left side of the body (see screenshot of the Skylar example 2) but I have tried everything and I cannot get it to work.

I have tried several different variations for a custom position but nothing has worked. I really need a solution for this please.

Did you try to to set the 'Show Page Heading' under 'Page Display' to 'Yes'? When the setting is 'Use Global (Yes)' the text entered under 'Page Heading' will not show... This worked for me, just make sure you set it for each menu item separately.

Hello

This text is set using the Page Heading field in the Page Display tab of your menu item settings.

1. How do you prevent the Page Heading from showing up on the Home Page at the top of the Home Page article. It does not show if I change the Menu item type to single article instead of Featured articles. Does this mean I cannot use "Featured Articles" on my home page

2. Do you have to set the Page Heading field for every menu item? Does this include even sub menu items?

Hello

1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We are looking in to this issue now.

2. By default yes. Are you looking to set the same heading for every page?

Ciaran:

I have come across another issue with the sidebar Page header. If I have a secondary menu the page header does not load. I have changed the page header setting for each menu item and it still does not work.

Hi Liz

To amend try adding the following to the Custom CSS field of your templates parameters (Extensions -> Templates -> [YourTemplateStyle] -> Custom CSS)....

.maincontent .page-heading {
display: none;
}
